Refund policy
At this time, we do not accept exchanges. Returns are accepted for store credit only.
Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your shipment.
Each returned item will be carefully evaluated. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with safety liners/tags still intact, and returned in their original packaging and boxes. Any signs of wear, such as stains or odors, will result in the merchandise being sent back to the customer.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@affectionblvd.com with your order number and reason for the return.
If you received an incorrect or faulty item, please email us immediately and include a picture of the item.
Please note: with the exception of our leather goods, all bags & accessories, and orders placed with a discount code are final sale- no returns or exchanges.
